Aaaand we're done! :-D

Two days ago I finished my first year here at U. of Oslo. My final exam was in Spanish, and dare I say one of the better ones. I just hope I'll get reasonably good grades for this as well as the rest of my exams... Anyway, enough school talk for now. I'm done with this year, and all I'm going to do now is to chill out and work. Conflicting concepts, yes, but those are my plans. As well as to catch up with people I haven't seen in ages. I can hardly wait to see them again!

Yesterday, however, was the day wherein me and my friends ended the semester with a bang. Sort of. If not a bang it was at least a crack or a thud. Afternoon and evening with pizza, salad, looots of fruit, cookies (mmm...), candy, chips and dip - not to mention Farris with ice cubes, lime juice and sugar... Yummy!!! And last but not least, GREAT company! (Man, I should have brought my camera... Ah well...)

Ugh. And now it's raining. There have been a few real big gusts of wind as well. Reminds me of hooome... *sigh* It won't be long now. Heading home on Wednesday after a quick trip to Bergen, and then work the week after.

Hm. Not that much to say at the moment, really. Just felt a little bit bored, so I thought I'd put some nonsensical smalltalk in here. (Bla, bla, bla, bla, bla...) Anyway. Dinner.

*bounces off to kitchen to create yet another culinary treat worthy of the Cordon Bleu* (Riiight.)

Fluffy pink elephants, marshmallows and tar,
Elise

Congrats congrats!! Wow! First year is done Elise. Fantabulous! I am sure you did well. You lucky thing who got to do Spanish. Me want! There is a couple of extremely annoying things you just have to explain to me this summer. In Spanish that is... I just don't get them. I think I have left my brain somewhere you see...

I am struggling a lot for my last exam, which is on Wed. I've had way too little time, too hard and "dry" books, so I am insanely worried about this one. But, to be honest; if I do fail; ah well! There's always August. There are a lot of things I don't know at all, and books I haven't even read, so... This time the worry is actually just. Meanwhile I am as relaxed as a lax. Why!? I dare not poinder upon it. Summer school, here I come! Yea!

I hope you'll have the time to come and visit me this summer while you're home. It would have been great to see you.

Hope you are well, happy and enjoying this time with no stress.

Hugs, tab x-tra, printers and juice

Hm, well, it's done when considering personal work (if you get my drift). All that's left now is basically the painstaking 2-3 weeks of waiting for the grades... :-S Not perhaps as painstaking as one might think, though, but I for one get a little adrenaline kick the few seconds before seeing my grades. *babble*

And as for the Spanish thing, dunno if I'm able to answer the question, but what I do know is that YOU HAVE NOT LEFT YOUR BRAIN ANYWHERE!!! In my opinion you're way to studious to even consider leaving it somewhere (have you checked the kitchen cupboards and drawers, btw? Under the bathroom rug? Behind the sofa?). Besides, I am absolutely CERTAIN that you'll do well in all your subjects!!! No, really, I'm abso-toodle-lutely serious. And as for you being as relaxed as lax - maybe you've just gotten to that point where you've squeezed information into all the little nooks and crannies (hehe, I was about to write "grannies" instead! *giggle*) of your brain...? I think a teeny tiny break would come in handy at this point. Oh, and remember to eat bananas (brain food, lots of potassium). And I wrote this because...? *shrugs* I'm a little tired, I guess.

Anyway, what I'm trying to say in an extremely subliminal fashion is that I wish you all the best of luck (again, I was about to write a type-o - "lick"... õ.O I'm tired...) and that I'll pray for you!

And yes, I hope I'll be able to visit you at least once this summer. Gotta hear some of the latest gossip! :-P

Blagh, bligh and blugh,
Elise

Hello!

Have you gone into hibernation or something!? Haven't "seen" you online in ages and ages. And, you disappeared from facebook too.

Well, wherever you are, I hope you are fine!!

Hey!

Yup, still alive and kicking. ;-) Just been a little bit busy with work lately, that's why. Aaand I cut out Facebook because it really wasn't all I expected it to be. It wasn't really all that...

Anyway, have a nice day!!!

Hugs!
